The Strikes system is a method to keep you accountable. For more information, check out the Orientation Q&A.

No Strikes =

1 Strike =

3 Strikes =

Rules:
If you miss a deadline, you will get a strike.

3 strikes, and you’re out! You can rejoin us in a future cohort.

For example: If you miss Module 1’s Homework, Module 1’s Peer reviews, and Module 2’s Homework – then that’s 3 strikes, and you’re out.

 Deadlines are for:

* Module Homework
* Module Peer Reviews

Events that don’t matter are:

* Attending the Q&A
* The Pre-class Practice Exercise/Peer Reviews (in the Foundation)

Other notes:

*Strikes are automatic, based on the due date. Failure to complete by the due date will grant you a strike. If you have a glitch at 11:58pm and the due date is at 11:59pm, that’s a personal responsibility to submit your work earlier.
* And that’s okay – accept the strike, and work harder. As the famous quote goes… “If you’re ON TIME, then you’re LATE.
* If you’re having frequent technical issues let us know via bib@learn.mirasee.com.

Yikes!

Tech issues aren’t fun. Form submission isn’t perfect, because of different browser architecture and OS systems. And we’re diligently at work finding solutions. For now, if you’re able to take screenshots, or save your work in a separate document, do that. Then fill out this form.

  • Step 1 : Slack

    Ask your peer group in slack.

    Go to Slack

  • Tried the above and still need help?

  • If the question is about your business or business ideas you want guidance on, please share it with the BIB community in the BIB slack group. By sharing your question with your peers, you'll help others think through their own challenges, and learn from each other. You might even make friends/future partners in the process!
  • If the feedback is specific to the course content, let us know when you hit the Feedback lesson within each module. We're frequently looking for ways to improve and provide clarity. If you would still like to suggest a feature, you can share it here. If it helps the student body as a whole, we're all for it. 🙂
  • We're on the case! The technical problem may be something that everyone is experiencing. Ask around on the BIB slack group to see if it's an issue with everyone, or just yourself. If you can't find an answer there, submit a request. The more information, the better!
  • If you're having a problem with submitting your homework, provide your homework in a word or text file, and upload it here so we can take care of it for you.

  • For course-related or tech problem, follow these steps so we can help you. This ticket goes straight to our technologist who will assist you.
